- Boiler not firing up, or locking out with an error code

Combi boiler experts
Most homes in our area run combination boilers, and they make up a large share of our repair work. We carry common combi parts on the van — diverter valves, pumps, sensors, ignition leads and seals — which is why many repairs are finished the same day.
Repair or replace?
We'll always tell you straight. If the boiler is worth repairing, we repair it. If it is old, inefficient or needs parts that cost more than it's worth, we'll explain why and give you a quote for a replacement boiler to compare — with no pressure either way.
Parts: your choice
If a part is needed, we'll tell you exactly which one and what it costs. You can have us supply and fit it, or buy it yourself and we'll fit it.

Questions people ask
My boiler pressure keeps dropping. Is that serious?
Usually it points to a small leak somewhere in the system or a faulty pressure relief valve or expansion vessel. Topping it up gets you through, but it will keep happening until the cause is found. We can trace and fix it.
Do you repair all boiler brands?
We work on all the common gas boiler makes found in London homes, including combi, system and regular boilers.
Can you come the same day?
Usually, yes. We aim to have an engineer with you within an hour of your call, 24 hours a day.
