How the installation works
- We visit, look at your home, hot water use and existing pipework, and recommend the right boiler size and type.
- You get a written quote with labour and materials itemised.
- We fit the boiler, clean the system, and set up the controls.
- We register the installation and show you how everything works before we leave.
Getting the size right
An oversized boiler wastes gas and wears out sooner; an undersized one struggles to run a shower and heating at the same time. We size boilers to the property, not to the biggest model on the shelf.
Tanks and hot water cylinders
If you're keeping a stored hot water system, we also replace and repair hot water cylinders, cold water tanks and immersion heaters.

Questions people ask
How long does a boiler replacement take?
A like-for-like swap is usually done in a day. A conversion from a regular boiler to a combi, or moving the boiler, typically takes one to two days.
Should I get a combi boiler?
Combis suit most flats and houses with one bathroom. If you have several bathrooms used at once, a system boiler with a cylinder may serve you better. We'll advise after seeing your home.
Do you remove the old boiler?
Yes. We remove and dispose of the old boiler and any redundant tanks.
