How we work
We provide a complete central heating, gas and emergency plumbing service to homes all over South London. We've grown by keeping customers happy, and a lot of our new work comes from recommendations.
That comes down to a few simple things we do every time:
- We get there fast. We aim to have an engineer with you within an hour of your call, 24 hours a day.
- We come prepared. Our vans carry the tools, equipment and spares for most repairs, so we avoid return visits wherever possible.
- We're upfront about cost. No call-out charge, and every quote breaks down labour and materials, with no obligation to go ahead.
- We give you the choice on parts. We'll tell you exactly what's needed; you can buy it yourself or have us supply it.
- We leave it tidy. Customers regularly mention how neat the work is.
Qualified and registered
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. That means we're legally qualified to work on boilers, gas appliances and gas pipework in your home.
